Historic talks between North and South Korea's leaders have ended with promises on peace. Jonathan Cheng is Seoul bureau chief for the Wall Street Journal watched history being made, and tells us what the economic impact of this thawing of relations could be. Also in the programme, European Union member states have voted in favour of a near complete ban on the use of insecticides containing neonicotinoids, which have been linked with the devastation of bee populations.
