DRCongo's President Says Elections Will Go Ahead
One million people across the country have been told that they can't vote because of insecurity and Ebola.
The President of the Democratic Republic of Congo, Joseph Kabila, has insisted that the exclusion of three regions from Sunday's presidential election will not prevent the result from being declared.
