There are fears that it is from the Iranian tanker that sank off the Chinese coast almost three weeks ago. We hear from Professor Richard Steiner, an environmental specialist with Oasis Earth, in Alaska. Also in the programme, Deutsche Bank shares have fallen after it posted a €500m loss last year.
