India's government has presented a big-spending budget, with a new healthcare scheme. The Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's Sameer Hashmi in Mumbai assesses the spending plans, whilst Rahul Tandon reports from West Bengal on the challenge of creating more jobs in rural India.
