US State Approves Keystone Pipeline

Nebraska's approval clears the way for the controversial project to progress.

The last big procedural hurdle to the completion of Keystone XL pipeline was cleared on Monday - when five members of the Nebraska Public Service Commission voted 3 to 2 to approve an amended route through the state.
