Concern at First CO2 Rise in Four Years

For three years, CO2 emissions had stabilised, but they have risen again this year.

For three years, CO2 emissions had stabilised, but they have risen again this year. We report from the UN climate change summit in Bonn, Germany, and we find out what's behind the rise in emissions from the lead researcher on today's report, Professor Corinne Le Quere from the Tyndall Centre for Climate Change Research at East Anglia University. Also in the programme, we hear from Downing Street about a meeting of European business leaders with British prime minister Theresa May, where the government's plans for Brexit were discussed. We ask whether a restructuring of $400m of government and private debt in beleaguered Kenya Airways will be enough to keep the carrier flying. We have a report from London's World Travel Market on the state of the global travel industry. Plus, what can be learned about an employee from the doodles they make in meetings? We find out from the graphologist Ruth Rostron.
