Potholes are one of motorists' biggest complaints when it comes to Lincolnshire's roads.
Cllr Richard Davies, who is responsible for highways at Lincolnshire County Council, was asked during Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Lincolnshire's Hot Seat phone-in to explain their policy for repairing potholes - and why some are fixed while others nearby remain unfilled.
