Adam chats to Laurence Ubong-Williams, one of the voice cast of the new animated Lord Of The Rings movie, 'The War of the Rohirrim', out in cinemas today. They discuss mixing the worlds of anime and Middle Earth.

And we meet children's character The Fearless Fox, about to appear at The Little Vic in Tunbridge Wells. Adam will learn some secrets from puppeteer Katie Haygarth.
