'My Ozempic experience': Worcester bodybuilder

Former rugby star turned fitness coach Jake Abbott says he would warn people 'never to try' weight-loss jabs, due to the side effects, which have reportedly including vomiting and diarrhoea.

The founder of Transform Coaching Online says he tried Ozempic for six weeks, and tells Tammy Gooding how 'nothing' can replace eating healthily and exercising as a way of improving your health.

The Government say illnesses relating to obesity cost the NHS Β£11billion a year, with those affected taking an extra four sick days on average, and some forced out of work altogether.

NHS officials told Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Hereford & Worcester that despite the benefits of weight loss drugs, Wegovy and Mounjaro - which mimic a hormone that makes people less hungry - are not a quick fix - and that users can put weight back on once they stop the medication.
