Massive Asian hornet nest destroyed in Southampton
What's thought to be one of the biggest Yellow-Legged Asian hornet nests this year has been destroyed.
The nest was discovered by a dog walker in the Old Cemetery near the Southampton Common.
The British Beekeepers' Association says the hornets cause worrying environmental damage as they eat honeybees and other pollinators.
Alan Baxter is an Asian Hornet expert in Hampshire for the British Beekeepers' Association and told Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ presenter Lou Hannan about the destruction process.
