Hear all about the new Bristol City Poet Sunika Noor who describes herself as "a daughter of Bristol" as she takes on the mantle of Bristol City Poet. Hear her poem 'ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔcoming' and she chats to Adam all about her plans for the role and what it means to become the voice of Bristol. Also hear poetry from the outgoing City Poet Kat Lyons with their Windrush inspired poem.

There's also loads to hear about from Cheltenham Literature Festival. Festival reporter Jo Durrant chats to various authors taking part in the world's longest-running literature festival including author of 'Mad Woman' and 'Mad Girl' Bryony Gordon and Robyn Davidson who has released her memoir about travelling across hostile Australian desert with just a dog and four camels for company. Adam also chats to Penny Howarth from Gloucestershire Writers Network about their competition which gives writers and poets the chance to perform at Cheltenham Literature Festival alongside the big name authors and guest speakers. Winner of the poetry competition Marilyn Timms shares her winning poem 'Tent in Antartica' and tells Adam about what it means to perfrom at the festival.

There's peotry from Fairford based poet Juli Frances Taylor which is inspired by giving animals silly names. Wiltshire based writer Si Forrest shares his poem about his old school being flattened in 'The Straight Line of the Bulldozer'. Plus a poem from James Brinsford from Shepton Mallet that's all about underachievers and what inspires people to achieve in life.
