The garlic is drying well and it's time to take off the foliage and dispose of it safely. The tops of the onions have started to drop so it's time to take them out of the ground and find a place for them to dry out while allowing the air to circulate. Terry has 200 onions to keep him going through the winter so it's essential they're properly dry.
Meanwhile the greenhouse is packed full of foliage as the tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers are thriving so it's important to keep feeding. Terry has top tips to help the tomatoes to ripen if they're still a little green.
