King of the cobbles
For many, one day stage races are the most spectacular events in cycling with the annual 'Classics', the pinnacle.
Every April the most difficult of these races, Paris–Roubaix takes place in beautiful surroundings in Northern France. Roubaix is awash with ancient and menacing cobblestones, but if you’re brave enough, even amateurs can face the course on race day.
