Kendal Calling zero drug tolerance warning
Police will have four drug detection dogs at entrances to this popular music festival and amnesty bins will be available for those having second thoughts on arrival. Fifteen stages, and three hundred and fifty acts, promise to make this the best festival ever, as numbers swell the field near Penrith for four days into Cumbria's third biggest town.
