A Shrewsbury homeowner says her dream has turned into a "nightmare" over unfinished works to a five-year-old housing development. Lin Glover said residents felt deserted by developers Taylor Wimpey who have not yet completed roads and paths at the Lily Hay estate. The developer has apologised and said it was working hard to complete the site.
