Rachael from Harlow is a finalist in the carer category of the Make a Difference Awards. This is given to someone who improves the life of an individual or group of people through their helpfulness, compassion and support. Rachael took on the role as primary carer for her partner Tim, who was recently diagnosed with MS. Rachael also works as a Carer at the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow and takes care of her children at home.
