'I was an ultra runner with an alcohol addiction'

Allie Bailey has competed in over 200 ultra running events, in some of the most extreme places in the world, achieving most of this whilst suffering with depression and alcoholism.

Now Allie is on a mission to share her story in a hope to help and inspire others.
