'We couldn't keep them safe'
The Metropolitan Police is reviewing its investigation into a car crash at a school in south west London, which killed two girls.
In July 2023, a Land Rover ploughed onto the lawn of a school in Wimbledon, in south west London. Two eight year old girls – Nuria Sajja and Selena Lau - were killed.Β The decision was taken not to prosecute the driver of the car, who had an epileptic seizure. But the Metropolitan Police has now launched a review of its own investigation into the case. In this episode of 5 Minutes On, the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's Lucy Manning speaks to the current and former head teachers of the school, who express their frustration about the way the police handled the case.
