Phillip Stoneman sits in for Andrew Marston with the best new artists, with a stunning soulful live performance from the Kidderminster producer, recorded at the Hay Festival.

Phillip Stoneman sits in for Andrew Marston with the best new artists, including:

• Rounding off our coverage from last weekend's festival to end all festivals, Glastonbury, featuring Alsager's Walter Kocays performing, who says it's not easy, but it is incredibly rewarding.

• Worthy Farm isn't just about people performing, or the pyramid stage: discover how so many people from our area took part in the celebrations, and also creating and maintaining the atmosphere, including Ade Cartwright, who's from Worcester, and runs a team of 32 litter-pickers across the site.

• Find out how a piece of music made in Malvern led to one of the moments of the festival, with the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ News Theme unexpectedly providing the main attraction of the rave tents, courtesy of unexpected drum and bass DJ, newsreader Ros Atkins.

• Meet our Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Introducing Artist of the Week, from Telford - whose dreamy ambient sounds are inspired by The Wrekin - which he can see from his home studio!

• There's a huge gig guide for our area, including a massive festival clash, with events on this weekend including Britfest near Altrincham, Penkridge Open Air, Alderfest near Whitchurch and the Linton Festival near Ross-On-Wye. On stage you'll find everyone from the likes of Bonnie Tyler, Heather Small, S Club, Example, Five, and Rozalla

• Discover the Herefordshire festival, which is bringing Jools Holland's vocalist Ruby Turner to Ross-on-Wye, which has raised over £150,000 for local charities - all thanks to some expensive minibuses 15 years ago.

• Highlights from some of last weekend's huge local festivals, including Band Together in Worcester, Glastonbeoley in Redditch and a bustling Bewdley Carnival - all of which champion local performers.

• With bucketfuls of soul, an incredible live session from Kidderminster act Little George - who has music running through his veins, performing at The Hay Festival.
