It has been nine years since we last heard Paula Vennells speaking in public about the Post Office’s IT system Horizon.
We now know that the system was faulty and that hundreds of postmasters were prosecuted because of its errors. Many were jailed.
But how much did Ms Vennells know – and what did she do -- when she was in charge?
