Take The Bridge: The chaotic run taking place in the dead of night
Meet the organiser of the overnight running race with a difference.
"Take The Bridge" is the brainchild of Darcy Budworth, an interior designer but an organiser of chaos, where runners have a start and a finish line through some of the world's biggest cities, but the route from A to B is entirely up to you.
Finding shortcuts and superior navigation skills are just as important as stamina and fitness.
She's been telling Sportshour's Caroline Barker how and why it was important to come up with the idea.
