Eastern Road closures: 'We lost Β£12,000 this year'
One of Portmouth's main roads had to be closed again, because of a burst sewer, causing major delays. Sewage had to be cleared away and diverted.
Shelley Crawford says the constant disruption is having a damaging effect on her business.
Southern Water has apologised and said work would now being undertaken early "to avoid more challenging times in the future".
