Bournemouth v Luton game champions heart awareness
The match between AFC Bournemouth and Luton Town on the 16th December was abandoned after 65 minutes, following the collapse of Luton's Captain. Tom Lockyer suffered a cardiac arrest, his heart stopped beating for two minutes and forty seconds.
Bournemouth Heart Club are an independent charity which helps local residents to recover and maintain their health and fitness after a range of cardiac events and procedures. Steve Perry is an avid Cherries fan and sought Heart Club's services after an aortic valve replacement.
Ahead of the rematch at The Vitality Stadium on Wednesday 13th March, Steve Perry spoke to Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Solent's Steve Harris.
