Canadian duo Chromeo's playlist Forgotten Gems from the Indie Class of 2008

Canadian duo Chromeo's playlist Forgotten Gems from the Indie Class of 2008, featuring tracks by Kelis, Klaxons, Late of the Pier plus more.

Chromeo is an electro-funk duo made up of David β€œDave 1” Macklovitch, and Patrick β€œP-Thugg” Gemayel. The pair met in the mid-1990s at college in Montreal, bonding over a love of hip-hop and vintage funk. After hearing records like Daft Punk’s Discovery, they formed Chromeo in 2002, releasing their debut She’s In Control in 2004. Their music combines funk grooves and pop hooks with analogue synth melodies, and they have just released their new album Adult Contemporary: a meditation on modern, mature relationships. Joining them are two incredible artists who have been dominating in the world of synth-pop for over a decade.

Their playlist, Forgotten Gems from the Indie Class of 2008, features tracks by Kelis, Klaxons, Late of the Pier plus more.
