Betty Brussel: The 99-year-old world record swimmer
Canadian swimmer Betty Brussel has broken the 100 to 104-year-old age class world record in the 400m freestyle, knocking nearly four minutes off the previous standard. She then repeated her record-breaking performances in 50m backstroke and the 50m breaststroke, and on the same day. Betty's remarkable life doesn't stop there. She grew up in the Nazi-occupied Netherlands during the war. She explains how that period affected her outlook on life.
