Black Trail Runners co-founder Sabrina Pace-Humphreys discusses why she founded the running group as a safe space for people of colour to enjoy running outdoors.
Speaking to Sportshour's Caroline Barker, Pace-Humphreys opens up on how getting into running helped her cope with severe postpartum depression.
She also recalls the racism she has encountered in running, which included having her cries for help ignored in the French Alps.
