Residents of Ludlow estate left furious
Dozens of residents on an estate in Ludlow say they're furious with their housing association which started refurbishment work but not finished it.
77 homes on Sandpits Avenue are being totally renovated by the group Connexus.
The project's worth six-and-half-million pounds, which is part funded by government and EU grants.
But work on the homes has ground to a halt.
Sara Woodall, who's the interim chief executive at Connexus said: βWe are aware of the delays and are disappointed that work has not progressed at Sandpits as we had hoped... we are looking to get the work finished on all properties where it has started."
