Stephen Flynn: 'Our vote has not turned out'
Labour has won the Rutherglen and Hamilton West by-election.
Michael Shanks took the Westminster seat with 17,845 votes - more than double the number polled by the SNP's Katy Loudon.
Stephen Flynn, the SNP's leader in Westminster, said the party must look at what happened and work to re-motivate people.
The by-election was called after former SNP MP Margaret Ferrier was ousted by her constituents for breaking Covid rules.
