The River Shannon runs through County Leitrim and it has a multitude of other rivers, lakes and waterfalls. This group of friends kick off the day canoeing before they head to the famous 50 foot-high Glencar waterfall that spills down the side of Benbulben. They then head to Mullaghmore beach in Co. Sligo to tackle a monster paddleboard. With nine people on the board this is going to take some serious teamwork!
