Record-breaking ocean activist embarks on new challenge to raise awareness of plastic pollution
Environmental campaigner Oly Rush, from Poole, will attempt to swim non-stop around the island of Ithica in Greece, as part of his efforts to raise awareness of plastic pollution in our oceans.
Never one to shy away from a challenge, he's also the first person to swim around Grand Cayman and broke the record for the fastest person to swim around the Isle of Wight.
His latest challenge is expected to take 24 hours. Oly's been telling Radio Solent's Steve Harris how he's feeling ahead of the swim.
