Could this be the future for Folkestone Harbour?
Plans for up to 600 new homes overlooking Folkestone Harbour are causing controversy.
It's the latest part of the seafront development plans and will also include leisure, hospitality and retail shops.
Some residents are worried about how they look - and how much they'll cost.
The harbour plans by Roger De Haan's company can be found online and you have until the 14th of August to give your views.
Dominic King went along to a public consultation event at the harbour.
