‘There’s a default assumption that nobody wants to watch women’s football’

Former Australia vice-captain Moya Dodd has told Business Daily that women’s football has been slow to attract investment because of its own history.

Speaking to Sam Fenwick, she said “Bans, neglect, institutional indifference… when you compare the economy of the men and women’s game… it’s no surprise they’re vastly differentâ€
