Coventry to be at the heart of NHS training plan
The NHS is to have a major expansion in training for nurses and doctors and Coventry University's set to be at the heart of that.
They've already been working with the NHS - on a plan to triple the number of training places they provide for nurses and health staff.
The government's fifteen year plan announced today includes, the first ever apprenticeship scheme for doctors and a plan for more flexible working to retain more staff.
Ian Dunn's the Provost at Coventry University and told Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ CWR's Vic Minett it's all going to make a difference.
