Itβs just over a week since Woking Borough Council declared itself effectively bankrupt - and things continue to look bleak.
Now there are warnings of cuts to services, jobs being lost and a "significant impact on communitiesβ.
Jack Fiehn has been to the town where council debt amounts to about Β£19,000 per resident.
