Emma

Episode 4 of 4

Air hostess Emma confronts her shopping habits. She owns the largest collection of clothes ever seen by the Éadaí SOS team, but can she change her habits?

Tá misean ag Caoimhe Ní Chathail agus Proinsias Ó Coinn muid a chur ag smaoineamh faoinár nósanna siopadóireachta ar bhealach comhfhiosach agus nuálach. Cuireann siad dúshlán roimh cheathrar atá gafa le faisean, ag tacú leo a gcuid éadaí a athúsáid agus a nósanna a athrú. Téann Caoimhe ar cuairt chuig Emma, an t-aerósteach, a bhfuil an líon is mó éadaí feicthe riamh roimhe ar Éadaí SOS aici. Lena meon a athrú, tógtar a cuid éadaí ar shiúl le hanailís a dhéanamh orthu agus tá Emma fágtha le 15 ball éadaigh go ceann coicíse. Agus le barr a chur ar an olcas tá cosc iomlán ar a bheith ag ceannach! Ach tá crann taca ann di, an Dr Dion Terrelonge, síceolaí faisin, agus Moya Doogan, dearthóir feistis. An dtig léi a nósanna a athrú agus titim i ngrá leis na héadaí atá aici cheana féin?

Caoimhe Ní Chathail and Proinsias Ó Coinn are on a mission to get us thinking differently about our wardrobes. Challenging four fashionistas to alter their shopping habits, supporting them in reducing, reusing and recycling their clothes. Caoimhe visits the home of air hostess Emma, who owns the largest collection of clothes ever seen by the team. To help combat her habits, Caoimhe and her helpers confiscate her clothes for further analysis, leaving Emma with just 15 items of clothing for a fortnight. And to make things more challenging, she is also on a shopping ban. There is a team of experts on hand to help, which includes fashion psychologist Dr Dion Terrelonge and costume designer Moya Doogan. Can she change her ways and fall in love with the clothes she already has?
