Zege: a chips and eggs combination raising health concerns in Tanzania
It’s a favourite to many: chips. Some people all them French fries but in Tanzania, chips is often mixed with eggs to make what they call Zege; a controversial dish that health experts warn could lead to an increase in non-communicable diseases as a result of excessive consumption.
