The orchestra finds a new audience with a live chill-out session, featuring Sian Eleri and conductor Owain Roberts.

Follow the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ National Orchestra of Wales and Principal Conductor Ryan Bancroft on their tour across the three coasts of Wales in this four-episode series.

In Episode 3 we're in Bangor, and while Ryan Bancroft explores nearby Snowdonia, we meet clarinettist Lenny Sayers who has just run all around Wales's oldest city. Later the orchestra will perform in the Pontio theatre, where it regularly collaborates with Welsh popular musicians for Radio Cymru. Tonight's concert is a selection of chill out music conducted by Owain Roberts, and curated by Radio 1 DJ, Sian Eleri. Sound supervisor Andrew Smillie tells us how you record an orchestra in this setting, and finally trumpet player Robert Samuel reflects on the place that Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ NOW holds in Welsh culture.
