The war we can't see
From cyber attacks and misinformation, to underwater sabotage and arctic incursions. Meet the people trying to keep us safe from the threats we might not always be able to see.
It sounds like the stuff of spy movies. Cyber attacks, underwater sabotage and arctic incursions. But that's exactly what's happening right now as nations fight each other, not with conventional weapons, but on the battlefield of so-called "hybrid warfare".
To try and combat the growing use of these methods by countries like Russia, China and Iran, a joint NATO-EU centre's brought together experts from across the West to advise government and military leaders.
That centre is based in strategically important Finland, which could soon become the new border between NATO and Russia. The Kremlin's said Finland will regret the decision - and Finns are feeling nervous.
For the latest episode of 5 Minutes On, our security correspondent Frank Gardner travels to Helsinki to meet the people trying to keep us all safe from the threats we can't always see.
