The case of Isla Bryson is complicated. She changed gender after being charged with the rape of two women. Now a transgender woman - there's a fierce debate about where she should serve her sentence after being convicted. Scotland's First Minister, Nicola Sturgeon, has clarified that this will not be in an all-female jail. This case is thought to be the first time a transgender woman has been convicted of raping women in Scotland.
