Companies incorporating safety training for female staff to mitigate GBV
Data from the South African Police Service shows that sexual offences and rape cases increased by 13% betweenΒ 2018 and 2022. For women working as large-scale mining employees (LSM), sexual harassment is the most common form of violence noted in South Africa. Corporate companies are now integrating safety training to mitigate GBV in the industry. The Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ’s Eunice Gatonye reports.
