Pro dancer Amy takes on her toughest challenge yet as she teams up with a rugby player who wants to dance in front of the entire rugby club at their biggest event of the year. Emily also plans to keep the whole thing secret until the night.

The stakes are high, as around 100 people will be in the crowd for Seven Sisters RFC's annual prize night, and would-be dancer Emily鈥檚 previous experience on the dance floor has mainly been on team nights out. Amy is unfazed and creates a high-energy routine inspired by the team鈥檚 warm-up song, helping Emily to master it for the big event. Emily, a much-loved member of Seven Sisters club, goes for it and is determined to nail the complex routine despite having just weeks to rehearse.
