Kate Mosse is joined by biographer Richard Holmes, poet and writer Tobias Hill and novelist Julie Myerson to celebrate the life and work of M.R. James, whose 31 ghost stories are considered by some to be the father of the modern English ghost story. Recorded in 2005 at King's College, Cambridge, where James wrote and read aloud many of these tales.
