Nurses strike: 'The situation is untenable'
5 Live Breakfast's Elly Oldroyd speaks to Maxine, a practising Nursing Associate based in Yorkshire who voted with the Royal College of Nursing to strike over pay.
If it goes ahead it will be the biggest ever strike by nurses. The RCN is set to unveil the results of the ballot later this week.
