DRC president on COP27, Kagame and PSG

The President of the Democratic Republic of Congo FΓ©lix Tshisekedi has described his relationship with Rwanda's Paul Kagame as 'cold'.

Tshisekedi sat down with the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's Victoria Uwonkunda to talk about insecurities in the east of country, M23 and his passion for PSG.
