Musk v Twitter case is stalled by Musk’s last-minute offer to buy the company after all.
It’s been six months of ‘on again off again’, after Elon Musk made an offer to buy Twitter, only to back out a few months later. Two weeks before Musk and Twitter were set to face off in court, the world’s richest man changed his mind once again and agreed to go ahead with his original purchase after all. Is this the end of the saga? Or just the first step in a much bigger plan?
