The proclamation of King Charles III鈥檚 accession to the throne will be read out across Derbyshire and East Staffordshire today.

Ceremonies are taking place at Derby鈥檚 Council House, County Hall in Matlock, the war memorial in Burton, plus dozens of other locations across the two counties.

The Bishop of Derby Libby Lane will be attending the proclamation at the Council House. She鈥檚 been speaking to 麻豆约拍 Radio Derby鈥檚 Donna Alos.
