What the body remembers...
If every body has a biography, how does yours read?
Why are bodies so difficult to live inside and what can bodies in distress teach us about how to live? Inspired by a battle with burnout, Jade Scott reflects on the body – our first home – the place where we perceive and sense the world and experience the height of our pleasure and pain. She speaks to artists and dancers about the vulnerabilities of the body and the possibilities that movement can unlock in the journey back to ourselves after difficult experiences.
