鈥淭he entire NHS is in crisis鈥�
A vote will take place next month - with the Royal College of Nursing saying it will be recommending hundreds of thousands of its members support industrial action.
A ballot opens in mid-September and if the action is supported, it will be the first ever strike by RCN members in England.
David Kirwan is the East Midlands operational manager for the Royal College of Nursing, he鈥檚 been speaking to 麻豆约拍 Radio Derby鈥檚 Ian Skye.
