Households start receiving cost of living payments – what difference will it make?
8 million low income households have begun receiving £326 - the first half of two cost of living payments from the government. They will all have received it by the end of the month. What difference is it going to make? Stacey is a widowed mother of two who’s waiting to see the payment arrive in her bank account. She’s taking part in Changing Realities, a Financial Fairness Trust project documenting & seeking to improve life on a low-income.
