In the US there were a slew of weekend cancellations and delays throughout the country. Since Thursday, June 16th, roughly over 19,000 flights have been canceled or delayed. In the UK, Heathrow airport has asked airlines to cut flights, and in Europe, Amsterdam's Schiphol airport has announced a 16% cut to its schedules - blaming a shortage of security workers.
